Buyer's Checklist
7 Questions To Ask Any Supplier Before You Order. Most Can't Answer Three.
Price is the last thing you should compare. These seven questions take five minutes, and they tell you more about a supplier than any discount banner. Save this list. Use it every time.
Every supplier says "high quality". Every supplier says "fast shipping".
Words are free. Answers are not.
Ask these seven questions and watch how fast the field shrinks.
Run the checklist on PrimalGenix.
Every answer is on their site. Lot reports open without an account.
Visit PrimalGenix →1"Can I read the lab report before I pay?"
This one question filters out half the market.
If the report only shows up after checkout, or "on request", you are paying first and verifying later. That is backwards.
The report should be public. Before the cart. For anyone.
2"Does the report match my lot number?"
A report is about one batch. If it does not carry a lot number, or the number does not match the one on your vial, it is not your report.
At PrimalGenix, the number on the report is the number printed on the vial. You can check it the day it arrives.
3"Who ran the test?"
In-house testing is the seller grading its own homework.
You want a named, independent, accredited lab. PrimalGenix sends every accepted lot to an accredited U.S. laboratory.
4"Is identity tested, or just purity?"
Purity says how clean the sample is. Identity says what it is. They are two different tests.
Plenty of reports only show the first one. PrimalGenix reports both: purity by HPLC, identity by mass spectrometry.
Pure is not the same as correct. Ask for both lines.

5"Who actually holds the stock?"
A lot of online stores never touch what they sell. Your order goes to a third party, who ships whatever they have on the shelf that week.
That breaks the chain. The report you read may not describe the vial you get.
PrimalGenix holds its own inventory and ships it from its own U.S. facility. Nothing dropshipped.
6"How fast does it leave the building?"
"Fast shipping" means nothing without a number.
PrimalGenix dispatches within 24-48 hours from the U.S. Orders placed before 2 PM ET ship the same business day, with tracking issued at carrier hand-off. They ship to all 50 states.
7"What happens if something goes wrong?"
Read the policy before you need it.
PrimalGenix is clear: wrong item, confirmed shipping damage, or a package lost in transit gets refunded or replaced. You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch.
A clear policy is a sign the supplier expects to be held to it.
Seven questions. Seven answers. All published.
Check them yourself before you order.

Some sellers run quote-only, member-only or tiered pricing. You never know if you are getting the real price.
PrimalGenix runs one published price list, visible to everyone. Plus free U.S. shipping on orders over $250, and 10% off your first order when you sign up on their site.

Question 5 is the one nobody talks about. Asked my old supplier where they ship from. Never got a straight answer.
Same experience. Took two weeks and came from a different state than the return address.
Printed this list. Went through three sites. Only one could answer all seven without me emailing anyone.
Liked that the refund policy is spelled out up front. Cancelled one order before dispatch, no questions.
