Receiving Checklist
Your Order Just Arrived. Here's What To Check Before You File It Away.
The box is on your desk. Most people open it, glance, and put it in the fridge. Five minutes of checking now saves you from finding a problem weeks later, when nobody can fix it. Here is the full list.

Once a vial has been opened and put away, any question about it gets very hard to answer.
Was it damaged in transit? Was it the right lot? Was the seal intact?
Check on day one and every one of those questions has a clean answer.
Not ordered yet? Start with a supplier you can check.
PrimalGenix prints the lot number on every vial and publishes the matching report.

- Check the outer package. Crushed corners, punctures or water damage? Take a photo before you open it. That photo is your proof if anything inside is broken.
- Check the seal. PrimalGenix vials ship foil-sealed. The seal and the cap should be intact and untouched.
- Check the label. Product, amount and lot number should all be printed clearly. Make sure it is what you ordered.
- Match the lot number to the report. Open the product page, find the published certificate, and compare. Same number? That report is about your vial.
- Look inside the vial. Lyophilized means freeze-dried. Expect a dry solid at the bottom of the vial. It is normal for it to look small: freeze-dried material takes up very little space.
- Store it the way the label says. Read the storage line on the label and follow it. The PrimalGenix vial pictured on this page reads "keep refrigerated between 2°C and 8°C".
- Log it. Write down the lot number, the date it arrived and where you stored it. Thirty seconds now. Hours saved later.
The lot number is the thread that ties everything together: the vial, the report, and your records.

A supplier that makes step 4 possible.
At PrimalGenix the number on the report is the number printed on your vial.
Visit PrimalGenix →Something's off. Now what?
Do not open it. Do not use it. Take photos of the package, the seal and the label.
Then contact the supplier straight away, with your order number and the photos.
This is where a clear policy matters. PrimalGenix refunds or replaces a wrong item, confirmed shipping damage, or a package lost in transit. And if you change your mind before your order ships, you can cancel it free.
Check on day one, and the fix is simple. Check in week three, and you have a story nobody can verify.
Why most buyers never check
Because with most suppliers there is nothing to check against.
No lot number on the vial. No public report. No way to match one to the other. So people stop looking.
Pick a supplier where checking actually works, and the whole thing takes five minutes.

Step 1 saved me once. Box arrived crushed, I had photos before I even opened it. Replacement was easy.
I never logged lot numbers before. Started a simple spreadsheet after reading this. Should have done it years ago.
Same. Lot, date, fridge shelf. Takes no time.
Matched my PrimalGenix vial to the report on their site the day it came. Same number. That is how it should work.
